Home Groups

Community is the essence of our church and is a joyful expression of who we are.  It is primarily facilitated through our home groups. These warm and personal gatherings take place all around the local area and typically meet on a weekly basis with support, contact and connections as needed.  As a relational community we welcome everyone.

Hood/Reichard Homegroup
Everywhere and Anywhere!
1st and 3rd Tuesdays 6:30 PM
This unconventional group is geared towards those who are new to Rivanna and/or haven't made their way into an existing home group.  Connections vary and can include individual coffee time, lunch/dinner dates, e-prayer support, individual discipleship and other social times like hikes, bonfires and movie nights. The group offers in-home meetings at 6:30 pm on the first and third Tuesdays of each month in the Earlysville, Advance Mills area.  Childcare available with advance notice.


Skipper/Nelson Homegroup
Thursdays 7:00-8:45 PM
Earlysville/Link Evans Road
We meet weekly for prayer, fellowship and study and are currently studying the book of John using N.T. Wright's Study Guide.  We also enjoy monthly fellowship dinners together.  We'd love to welcome you to our group.  Childcare available with notice.  


Knight/Ward Homegroup
Thursdays 7:00-8:30 PM
Earlysville/Markwood Road
Our meeting consists of personal updates, a Bible study, and prayer.   We welcome visitors and new members.  Childcare is not available.

Our group is currently studying the Gospel of John; kids are welcome, and childcare is always available.  There is an empty chair for you!
